Our company was built up by making and selling textile dyeing & finishing auxiliaries, and this experience has made us fully familiar with the dyeing & finishing industry. Due to the recent initiatives on the preservation of the environment and water resources, we started to pore at the wastewater treatment, reclamation and utilization, and the R&D results have got the invention patent and the utility model patent in Taiwan.

With our design, it is workable to simply remodel the present bioreactor instead of building a new one. After the installation, the system is automatically controlled by PLC that facilitates a reduction of human error, and the MBR cleaning can be easily done by simply removing the tenon.
Extend the life of Membrane Bioreactor, MBR
The membrane’s diameter of MBR is 0.2μm, which cuts off bacteria and more than 90% SS, the SS of the effluent<30. Owing to the problems of clogging and short life of the old model of MBR, the new model of MBR has got improved in the process of aeration that makes a higher disposing efficiency, a longer product life, and a lower cost.
No sludge generated in the decoloring process
A special decoloring agent used in the process takes only 5-10 minutes to react (depending on the temperature of the wastewater) without generating sludge, and breaks the structure of dyes to decompose bacteria easily. The product is in line with the EU regulations, contains no damaging substances, generates no sludge, and makes it no difficulties doing the subsequent treatment.
Applicable to all types of cloth
Excellent decoloring qualities and applicable to cotton, polyester, nylon and every blended cloth, our product is able to easily decolour shades of red and shades of blue that are generally hard to decolorize, and even decolour Rhodamine B in otherwise ways. The wastewater after decoloring contains no toxic substances, and the reclaimed water for use does not impair the qualities of the products.
