Smaller space and bigger productivity
Due to the requirement of a huge land and space for the wastewater treatment process in crowded Taiwan, this design can be applied to a modification of the existing wastewater treatment equipment so as to advance the wastewater treatment capacity and the efficiency and to boost the productivity of the plant. Wastewater treatment in a shorter time
Traditionally, the wastewater treatment process within the bioreactor takes up to 24 to 48 hours, but by our equipment, it takes only 12 hours to meet the legal emission regulations due to 3 to 4-fold bacteria when a 50% of reduction in the time and water costs can be achieved that outstands your company with a greater advantage in the business competition.

Sludge reduction
Currently, in the wastewater treatment process among many dyeing and finishing plants, the chemical sludge is likely to be excessively generated and must be burned in the particular incinerator with a relatively high disposal cost. Burning the chemical sludge without the particular incinerator will generate a lot of carcinogen. Our equipment is more adaptable to the qualities of influent, and the flocculent and the traditional decoloring agent do not need to add too much during the process. Compared with the traditional wastewater treatment, 20-40% chemical sludge and 20-50% biological sludge are reduced, depending on the conditions in every plant.
