Due to the requirement of a huge land and space for the wastewater treatment process in crowded Taiwan, this design can be applied to a modification of the existing wastewater treatment equipment so as to advance the wastewater treatment capacity and the efficiency and to boost the productivity of the plant. In addition, an approximate 50% or more of external water reduction can be expected to make the productivity immune to the policy factors or the elements.

Sludge reduction
Currently, in the wastewater treatment process among many dyeing and finishing plants, the chemical sludge is likely to be excessively generated and must be burned in the particular incinerator with a relatively high disposal cost. Burning the chemical sludge without the particular incinerator will generate a lot of carcinogen. Our equipment is more adaptable to the qualities of influent, and the flocculent and the traditional decoloring agent do not need to add too much during the process. Compared with the traditional wastewater treatment, 20-40% chemical sludge and 20-50% biological sludge are reduced, depending on the conditions in every plant.

All of the suggested chemicals used in the process are of EU authentication, and the reclaimed water for utilization is free of illegal chemicals.
